When you use our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company (optional), type of service requested, project details, and newsletter consent (optional). This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent for newsletter).
b) Google Analytics (GA4)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Usage data (pages visited, session duration, device information, anonymised IP address) is collected and transmitted to Google servers, which may be located in the USA. Transfers are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You may withdraw consent at any time via our cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
c) Cookies
We use Cookie-Script to manage your cookie consent. Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent. All other cookies (e.g. analytics) are only set with your explicit consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
d) Server Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the website, server log data (IP address, browser, timestamp) is automatically recorded. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation).
3. Email Delivery (Resend)

4. Retention Periods
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to process them, then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. Google Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months.
